It’s official. The Coalition Council has confirmed in a very strongly worded reply to a member of the public that it cannot and will not commit to keeping charges down and instead is currently “going through a parking charge review”. We all know what that means – pay more for less and another hit for Hereford’s retail and business sectors. Why face the struggle through the congestion on the A49 – only to find it more expensive and difficult to park; why would you come to Hereford at all. This anti-business Council seems hell bent in making Hereford an unattractive place for business and jobs - and determined to harm the prosperity of the city.
